At Pierced, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry and apparel. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
