Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Can I return my earrings if I change my mind?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective. Other items like necklaces and cuffs can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all items. This covers any manufacturing defects but does not include accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
